Once-in-a-year event... me, baking!

This time, we had a bake off at work and I thought "Why not? Let's give it a try!". So I baked my a** off and turned my kitchen into a pure chocolate mess to deliver lovely and fluffy chocolate truffles with almond powder and desicated coconut (picture below).

My truffles went down a treat!
