Fancy Christmas dinner 2006

It was good to be back for Christmas this year as I was now living abroad. Comforting food and beautiful wines... what else do you need?

Starter: Scallops and salmon caviar


















Main course: Crayfish/Langouste tail with steamed rice













Next day: Saint-Stephen's day feast
